Mandarin Educator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mandarin educator to join our content team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality educational content and providing strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of learners in the US market.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging Mandarin language learning content tailored to the US market.
  • Collaborate with the Content Head and team members to ensure a cohesive curriculum.
  • Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and strong English communication skills.
  • Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
  • Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mandarin, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
