Job Overview

Regional Manager Role Summary:

This Regional Manager position involves overseeing a large team of executives, team leaders, and business managers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, be able to effectively manage budgets, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a 3-Tier Team of 20+ Execs, TLs, and BMs, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to meet fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenue targets from assigned clients.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular in-person meetings (F2F) at their onsite locations.
  • Providing consultation services to clients on digital marketing, recommending and offering relevant solutions.
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of client complaints and concerns.
  • Overseeing the hiring, training, and retention of team members, creating development plans, and addressing their training needs.
