
Office Administrator Role

As an Administrative Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
- Oversee procurement and inventory of essential supplies and assets.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and management to maintain positive relationships.
- Ensure facilities, equipment, and utilities are functioning properly and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of bills, payments, petty cash, and vendor contracts.
- Coordinate company travel, accommodations, and meeting logistics to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing systems (physical & digital) are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist HR with onboarding/offboarding, employee attendance, and leave tracking to maintain seamless experience for employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and support internal audits to maintain transparency and integrity.
- Supervise housekeeping and maintain clean and professional office environment that promotes productivity.
- Support internal teams with logistics for events, trainings, or reviews to ensure timely execution.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (required).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in office administration or operations.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in working with finance, HR, or compliance teams is highly valued.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and vendor negotiations.
- Familiarity with office management software or ERP systems.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
