Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of the HELLA Compliance Management System, particularly in steering the Central Compliance Departments. They will also develop and implement compliance measures for assigned areas, inform management and employees on compliance-related topics, and support incident management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the drafting of updates to the HELLA Compliance Guideline
  • Monitor and steer other Central Compliance Departments regarding the setup and development of the compliance management system
  • Coordinate joint compliance-related topics, projects, and initiatives across departments
  • Prepare reporting to the Management Board, local leadership teams, Supervisory Board (audit committee), and other stakeholders on Compliance Office activities
  • Steer meetings of heads of Central Compliance Departments and the Compliance Board
  • Coordinate project teams on general compliance culture/communication and specific compliance topics
  • Develop and implement compliance management systems for Competition Law and Anti-Corruption
  • Contribute to preparing, drafting, and implementing compliance measures for these areas
  • Inform employees on compliance-related topics in a pragmatic, consistent, founded, and appropriate manner
  • Support managing investigations assigned to the Compliance Office, including document review and investigation report drafting
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with similar experience, holding a university degree or graduate in any stream, with more than 2 up to 3 years of experience.
