We are seeking a skilled Database Expert to join our AI-driven team. As a key member, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable database architectures for secure, high-performance data storage and retrieval.

Closely collaborate with our AI/Engineering teams to optimize storage, retrieval, and analytics pipelines. Ensure data integrity and security while supporting cutting-edge AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable SQL & NoSQL database architectures.
  • Optimize database queries, indexing, and performance tuning for improved efficiency.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, backup, and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Buid ETL pipelines to support AI/ML and analytics workflows.
  • Integrate databases with APIs, CRMs, and external systems.
  • Monitor database health and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL).
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
  • Knowledge of vector databases is a plus.
  • Expertise in database optimization, indexing, and partitioning.
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes and data modeling.
  • Experience with cloud database services (AWS RDS, GCP Cloud SQL, Azure SQL).
  • Familiarity with backup, replication, and high availability strategies.
  • Strong Python/SQL scripting skills for automation.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Knowledge of streaming data systems (Kafka, Spark).
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML data pipelines.
  • Exposure to DevOps for databases.
