Sales Director

About the RoleAs a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion in the APAC region. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share within the enterprise segment.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our network.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 14+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Experience in large enterprise sales, with a deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels.
