You will design and oversee solutions to address digital needs for our clients and prospects, position Altudo as a strategic digital partner, create solution offerings to take to market, assist pre-sales and sales, and lead internal IP development.Sitecore is the key focus platform for this role;

however, as the lead ofdigital solutions you will be working with a broad Martech stack, defining larger strategic solutions to help our clients and prospects reach their business goals.You shall also provide pre-sales and sales support in providing technology solution expertise to help win new business by engaging in client discovery and proposal responses. As a technology expert, you will be bridging the gap between the needs and goals of our customers and their existing technology tools through strategic high-end technology solutions. You must be self-motivated with a proven track record and ready to roll-up your sleeves and work on opportunities yourself.Further, as one of the leaders of the firm, you will be managing direct reports, identifying new CX technology capabilities to bring into the company, identifying new offerings, and work with the practice leads and our internal development team to build these capabilities.Lastly, you must possess never-ending curiosity and creativity and continuously advance your knowledge. As a leader at Altudo, you will be expected to not only be up to date on the latest products and developments in the industry, but also think ahead of the technology curve and use our strategic hypothesis testing methodology across all your engagements on a daily basisResponsibilities:Contribute to the company revenue through pre-sales and sales support and product/offering packaging.Drive proposals and estimation work, participate in business development and client pitches, pricing, and working on marketing collateral.Demo Sitecore products and participate in workshops aimed at showcasing Sitecore product valueWork with the account team on assisting in developing opportunities with existing clients.Perform detailed evaluation of client business, including needs, capabilities/assets, and competitive realities, to identify unique business opportunities.Maintain and develop strategic relationships with senior-level client contacts;

focus on account growthby bringing new solutions to clients.Create and define innovative solutions to take to the market.Contribute to or manage internal IP creation deliveryReview the scope of work, dependencies, estimates, and assumptions for digital projects.Contribute to Altudo's thought leadership.Continuously research relevant technologies to continue personal learning and developmentMentor assigned team members and assist them in reaching personal career goalsLead Sitecore technology consulting engagements i.E. Platform selection and roadmap.Develop partner relationships, GTM strategies, and implementation teams for CMS platforms.Serve from time to time in a billable consultative role on select digital engagements as needed and defined by the business and the client.Requirements:Excellent communication skills:The ability to communicate clearly to both marketers and technologists at the client sideThe ability to communicate across various levels of stakeholdersExcellent leadership skills3+ years of experience in a technology leadership position and Excellent technology skills10 + years of experience in Microsoft technologies with a proven track record in technical solutions and architecting in Sitecore and other web-based projects.5 + years of experience in working with Sitecore (Expert level and preferably certified) with proficiency in similar CMS products3+ years of Sitecore solutions experienceExperience with responding to proposal requestsAbility to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environmentThought leader who can manage the process of innovative change effectively and remain on the forefront of emerging industry practices.Experience and knowledge of Helix, SXA, JSSActive Sitecore Technology, Commerce, or Ambassador MVP preferredWhat’s in it for you?Experience faster growth than other organizations;
