We are seeking a skilled Architectural Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming conceptual architectural designs into realistic 3D visualizations and renderings.

Job Responsibilities
  • Create detailed 3D architectural models based on 2D drawings, sketches, or conceptual designs.
  • Develop high-quality photo-realistic visualizations, renderings, walkthroughs, and animations that meet the project's requirements.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure visual accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Translate architectural drawings into realistic 3D representations, taking into account spatial aesthetics and functionality.
  • Contribute to the design process by providing input to improve spatial aesthetics and functionality.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in architectural visualization and modeling.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Architecture and Interior Modelling Design, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and teamwork abilities, relevant certifications or degrees in Architecture or related field, and experience with 3D modeling software and tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, D5, or similar.
