Workday Expert

In this dynamic position, you will provide daily support across multiple Workday modules, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and advising stakeholders. Your expertise will be invaluable in performing internal data audits and supporting external audits, including SOX and finance-related reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SLA-based case resolution
- Collaborate with team members
- Contribute to Workday projects and release activities
Requirements:
We are seeking a skilled professional with strong technical abilities and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Key qualifications include:
- 10 years of experience and 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Workday
- Strong expertise across Workday modules, including HCM, Recruiting, Reporting, Performance, and Absence
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in Workday Reporting and Calculated Fields
- Skilled in preparing and executing mass data uploads using EIBs
- In-depth knowledge of Workday Recruiting
- Experience supporting internal and external audit requirements, including Workday data reviews and SOX compliance
