Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

Leverage data insights to enhance marketing strategies and drive business outcomes as a Senior Data Scientist.

  • Develop advanced measurement frameworks for marketing performance, including Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and incrementality testing.
  • Generate actionable marketing insights that inform strategic decision-making across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing initiatives in a competitive marketplace.
  • Communicate complex results and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, business-focused way.
  • Mentor and support data scientists and analysts in developing experimentation and modelling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyse large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain advanced statistical models.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data science.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modelling.
