  • Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

Job Description:

The role involves collaborating with various teams to oversee the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Key responsibilities include designing and configuring cloud modules, conducting requirement workshops, and mapping business processes to relevant modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, or Talent & Learn modules
  • Strong understanding of business processes and ability to map them to Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
