Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and refine AI models using cutting-edge technologies and programming languages.
  • Evaluate performance by testing and ranking model outputs, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Fine-tune models with datasets for Speech Recognition and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback.
  • Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation, promoting best practices and collaboration.
  • Innovate by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experienced with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker (a must-have).
  • Clear communicators who can explain their work in excellent English.
Bonus Points:
  • Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), e.g., ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning.
  • A background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
