Full-Stack Developer for AI Research

Are you a skilled programmer looking to make a meaningful impact in the field of artificial intelligence? We are seeking a talented Full-Stack developer to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge research and commercial applications.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems, writing clean code, and contributing to advancements in AI. You'll collaborate with leading companies building next-generation AI solutions, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize AI models using clean, efficient code.
  • Evaluate performance through benchmarking and response ranking.
  • Fine-tune models using high-quality datasets (SFT, RLHF).
  • Ensure quality via code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Innovate with new evaluation strategies and improved training workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Knowledge of Node.js or NestJS and a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Background in modular development, scalable architectures, testing, and security best practices.
  • Solid knowledge of Docker.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
