Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop large-scale predictive models for user engagement on OTT platforms to analyze behavior patterns and predict likelihood of leaving along with plausible reasons behind behavior.
  • Build causal inference-based intervention models to retain users on the platform.
  • Contribute to developing and evaluating models leveraging pre-trained LLMs, including user engagement foundation model.
  • Collaborate closely with other research scientists, engineers, and product teams fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Improve experience of millions of OTT platform users by leveraging AI capabilities.
  • Share insights and participate in external academic workshops and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed master's or bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field.
  • Strong background in applied deep learning and machine learning.
  • Good understanding of handling large-scale datasets with SQL.
  • Understanding of current state-of-the-art machine learning literature.
  • Prior experience in developing large-scale prediction and reasoning models.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in LLMs (fine-tuning, training and using).
  • Proficiency in Python and one or more popular deep learning framework.
  • Ability to envision new ideas and prove them through theory and/or experiments.
  • Knowledge of working on cloud platforms preferably AWS.
