Job Title: Offensive Security Lead

At Orbus International, we are seeking a highly skilled Offensive Security Lead to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for conducting high-risk and sensitive ethical hacks of internally and externally hosted applications globally.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct advanced exploitation and post-exploitation attacks as part of ethical hacking exercises.
  • Simulate real-world cyber-attacks to assess the effectiveness of our organization's defence.
  • Emulate tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by threat actors.
  • Coordinate and execute system/network level red team and ethical hacking exercises.
  • Design and develop scripts, frameworks, and tools required for facilitating and executing complex undetectable attacks.
  • Identify network and system vulnerabilities and provide recommended counter-measures or mitigating controls to reduce risk to an acceptable and manageable level.
  • Coordinate red team operational briefings and presentations to non-technical audiences and executive management, as required.
Qualifications:
  • Eight to ten years of progressive experience with increasing responsibility in Information Technology, Information Security, and Compliance.
  • Expertise in performing advanced exploitation and post-exploitation attacks as part of ethical hacking exercises.
  • Prior experience or expertise performing red team exercises will be a plus.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of network and cloud infrastructure, active directory components, and web technologies.
  • Experience in writing proof-of-concept exploits and creating custom payloads and modules for common ethical hacking frameworks and tools.
  • Well-versed in system exploits, network exploitation, and web application exploitation.
  • Well-versed with security tools and frameworks like Metasploit, Cobaltstrike, or any other open-source C2 framework.
