Senior Maximo Developer - Automate and Integrate

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Maximo Developer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will design, configure, and develop solutions within IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) including automation scripts, database configurations, and custom modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation scripts, database configurations, and custom modules within Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
  • Develop and enhance Maximo Mobile functionalities, including workflows for inspections, work orders, and asset management.
  • Integrate Maximo with Esri ArcGIS and GIS services, ensuring data synchronization and spatial visualization of assets.
  • Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST APIs, JSON, and Maximo APIs.
  • Design and maintain Maximo data models and ensure alignment with business and GIS requirements.
  • Configure and optimize workflows, automation scripts, and escalation processes to support operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) with strong knowledge of automation scripts, database configurations, and system integration.
  • Expertise in Maximo Mobile development and customization.
  • Proficiency in Esri GIS / ArcGIS concepts, including layers, coordinates, projections, and mapping behaviors.
  • Strong experience in REST APIs, JSON, XML, and data exchange mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of Maximo data models, domain configurations, and workflow management.
  • Experience with spatial integration and synchronization between Maximo and GIS platforms.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to Maximo Spatial add-on and advanced mapping solutions.
  • Familiarity with Java/Jython scripting for automation.

Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • IBM Maximo certifications preferred.
