About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Maximo Application Developer with strong expertise in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS). The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of automation scripting, database configurations, workflow customization, and Maximo Mobile custom module development. Experience with Esri GIS integration (ArcGIS) and data synchronization between Maximo and spatial systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximo Development : Design, configure, and develop solutions within IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) including automation scripts, database configurations, and custom modules.
  • Mobile Customization : Develop and enhance Maximo Mobile functionalities, including workflows for inspections, work orders, and asset management.
  • GIS Integration : Integrate Maximo with Esri ArcGIS and GIS services, ensuring data synchronization and spatial visualization of assets.
  • API & Data Integration : Develop and manage integrations with external systems (GIS, GPS, etc.) using REST APIs, JSON, and Maximo APIs.
  • Data Modeling : Design and maintain Maximo data models and ensure alignment with business and GIS requirements.
  • Workflows & Automation : Configure and optimize workflows, automation scripts, and escalation processes to support operational efficiency.
  • Quality & Compliance : Ensure solutions adhere to best practices, security, and performance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) with strong knowledge of automation scripts, database configurations, and system integration.
  • Expertise in Maximo Mobile development and customization.
  • Proficiency in Esri GIS / ArcGIS concepts, including layers, coordinates, projections, and mapping behaviors.
  • Strong experience in REST APIs, JSON, XML, and data exchange mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of Maximo data models, domain configurations, and workflow management.
  • Experience with spatial integration and synchronization between Maximo and GIS platforms.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to Maximo Spatial add-on and advanced mapping solutions.
  • Familiarity with Java/Jython scripting for automation.
  • Understanding of enterprise asset management processes and industry best practices.

Education & Certification

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • IBM Maximo certifications (preferred).
