  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payroll operations, including processing salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and productivity

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in a global organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with HRM systems such as Workday or Oracle
  • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including tax and labor requirements
