About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Intellectual Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and improving operational workflows for our IP protection services, building strong relationships with clients, and driving growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage enforcement efforts and related e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media.
  • Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.
  • Work closely with the CTO and CCO to ensure technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks are delivered effectively.
  • Drive initiatives in process improvement, new business models, and innovation.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in online brand protection, including takedowns on marketplaces, domains, and social media.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients.
  • Masters in Business and/or Legal.
