About the Role:

As a Project Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, overseeing architecture design and construction, and working closely with stakeholders and team members to achieve project goals.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are understood and achieved.
  • Manage project changes and issues, ensuring they are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Oversee project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and update as necessary.
  • Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to continually improve project management processes.
Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in project management in architecture design.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring project deliverables meet required quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
