Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to drive quality excellence across our projects and programs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 5-10 years as a Delivery Lead or Quality Assurance and Quality Control Lead in the US Healthcare industry
  • Skills: Expertise in Quality Management activities, including audits and assessments; experience in implementing process maturity in a product/service environment; good experience in defining and executing metrics, analysis, and reporting; good knowledge and experience in IT service management operations
  • Qualifications: Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills along with effective communication; trained and certifications in ITIL/CMMI models/Six Sigma/Lean Process will be an added advantage
