Cloud Solution Architect Job

You will be responsible for designing, building and growing products from Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to fully functioning solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop cloud-based products from MVP to fully functioning solutions.
  • E nsure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are considered when designing solutions.
  • Create effective APIs.
  • Test solutions to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
  • Write technical documentation.
  • Understand user experience.
  • Ensure smooth transition into operations to meet expected Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

You will provide guidance and recommendations to increase efficiency and reduce customer incidents. You must have a thorough understanding of solution architecture and software designing principles.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Cloud Developer with strong knowledge of AWS/Azure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in cloud services (AWS/Azure), database technologies (MySQL, Oracle, DynamoDB/NoSQL, MongoDB), back-end programming languages (Python, ReactJS, Typescript), and REST APIs & GraphQL.
  • Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests, proficiency with Git, and following standards for clean and well-documented code.
  • Familiarity with microservice architecture principles, FinOps, and Security pillars while designing cloud solutions.
  • Deployment, automation, management, and maintenance of AWS cloud-based production systems.
  • Ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability of AWS production systems.
  • Definition and deployment of systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring on the AWS platform.
  • Understanding of Solution Architecture and Software Designing principles.

The ideal candidate should also have experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment technologies and best practices, agile project methodologies, basic knowledge of Splunk, and certifications in cloud (e.g., AWS Solution Associate developer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate). Solid communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
