Empower Customer Experiences

We're seeking an accomplished Webflow Developer to design and manage our marketing web properties. This individual will collaborate closely with our Marketing team to craft high-quality web experiences focusing on conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside in-house designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and conduct regular audits.
  • Measure key metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and provide actionable suggestions to the team.
  • Design innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using observations and learning.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the space.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, along with the ability to follow brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency across web spaces.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles, including knowledge of backlinking, keyword rankings, and staying current with ever-changing SEO trends.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
