We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Coordinator to manage daily operations, ensure seamless workflow across departments, and provide support to users.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Manage data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Provide training and support to new team members on processes and procedures.
- Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in ERP systems.
- Good understanding of real estate / construction business processes.
- Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
- Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Graduate in Commerce / Management / IT / Finance (B.Com, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, etc.) or equivalent.
- Ensure timely billing, invoicing, purchase orders, and payment tracking.
- Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with company policies.
