As a leader in financial management, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the fiscal health and stability of an organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and experience in managing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial accounts of various segments, ensuring accurate reporting of financial numbers to stakeholders.
  • Oversee monthly closing and ensure timely completion of financials, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive measures to avoid audit issues.
  • Prepare balance sheet disclosures on a regular basis and ensure correct and accurate reporting, adhering to accounting standards and guidelines.
  • Lead a team of professionals, motivating and coaching them by clarifying roles and providing constructive feedback.
  • Ensure correct internal reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, establishing and implementing financial reporting systems to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies, ensuring adherence to accounting policies and guidelines.
