Looking for a skilled professional to lead the technical direction of our engineering team in Abu Dhabi. As a Technical Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in backend, infrastructure, or machine learning domains, as well as strong knowledge of Python, FastAPI, cloud-native systems, CI/CD, AI agent frameworks, LangChain, vector databases, and modern LLM APIs.

  • 12-17 years of experience in backend, infrastructure, or machine learning domains.

  • Strong knowledge of Python, FastAPI, cloud-native systems (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD.
  • Deep experience with AI agent frameworks, LangChain, vector databases, and modern LLM APIs.
