About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst to play a key role in leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Insights

- Develop and execute data analysis plans to extract valuable insights from large datasets.

- Identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business strategies.

- Create compelling data visualizations and communicate complex findings to stakeholders at all levels.

- Deepen understanding of customer behavior and market dynamics through data analysis.

2. Metrics & Experimentation

- Design and implement A/B testing and other experiments to measure the impact of new initiatives and processes.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and track key business metrics.

- Analyze experimental results and recommend course corrections based on data-driven insights.

- Continuously develop and improve methodologies for data collection, analysis, and reporting.

- Ensure data hygiene and implement best practices for data governance.

3. Problem-Solving & Recommendations

- Translate business problems into actionable data analysis questions.

- Utilize data analysis to understand complex business challenges and propose data-driven solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business needs, KPIs, and reporting requirements.

- Recommend new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.

4. Communication & Collaboration

- Effectively communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure alignment and data-driven decision-making.

- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate complex data findings.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and hypothesis testing.

- Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data.

- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence concepts (a plus).

- Programming experience with Python or R (a plus).

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering) or a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on data analytics (preferred).

- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
