Senior Technical Lead

This is a dynamic and challenging role that will provide an opportunity to grow and develop your skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading engineering activities across technical areas of expertise, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet site/project objectives. This includes executing maintenance & calibration activities, commissioning projects at site level, supervising plant engineering teams, and providing technical assistance to the function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute engineering activities by utilizing reliable and cost-effective technical solutions.
  • Responsible for execution of maintenance & calibration activities and commissioning activities for projects at site level.
  • Supervise plant engineering team providing technical assistance to the function.
  • Ensure compliance with industrial standards and GMP guidelines.
  • Participate in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects.
  • Coach and motivate new team members. Responsible for personal and professional development.
  • Perform project HSE management & execute project safety stops/reviews.
  • Apply state-of-the-art technical solutions according to compliance standards and HSE regulations.
  • Ensure projects on site are developed through their various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation.

About You:

  • Experience in OSD Oncology facility in reputed pharmaceutical company.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory capacity.
  • Experience of handling containment machinery.
  • Operations Management and Execution Collaborating across boundaries Functional Breadth.
