Teaching Faculty Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced educator to join our esteemed faculty team as a Teaching Professor. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic growth of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver engaging lectures to undergraduate and postgraduate students in relevant fields
  2. Develop and implement innovative curricula that cater to the diverse needs of students
  3. Mentor and guide students in their academic journey and professional development
  4. Conduct research and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals to contribute to the field of knowledge
  5. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum planning and implementation

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. PhD or pursuing PhD in a relevant field with a strong academic background
  2. Master's degree in English or a related field with excellent communication skills
  3. Minimum 2 years of experience as a core instructor in an educational institution/university with outstanding teaching abilities
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other educational software tools

Desired Skills:

  1. Pro-efficiency in functional English language with excellent writing and presentation skills
  2. Soft skills certified with ability to work effectively in a team environment
