Job Title: Operational Team Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Operational Team Supervisor to oversee our voice process operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of voice agents, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Supervise a team of voice agents, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure targets are met.
  2. Operations Oversight: Ensure smooth daily operations of the voice process, manage escalations, and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  3. Training and Development: Assist in onboarding and training new team members, organize regular skill development sessions, and track team metrics.
  4. Client and Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with international clients and internal stakeholders, share updates, and communicate improvement plans.
