Operations Team Lead

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will lead the operational team, guiding them towards efficient process execution and ensuring smooth program delivery. Key responsibilities include designing SOPs, taking ownership of processes, identifying gaps, and conducting root cause analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in operations with strong communication skills and prior experience in leading a team.
- Bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable institute with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze information and make decisions.
- Prior experience in managing a delivery team preferably in edtech.
- Knowledge of management and education domains.
