We are solving one of the most complex business problems and creating an ecosystem of trust for stakeholders - customers, construction professionals, and material vendors.

Our mission is to organize and disrupt the industry completely using technology and process, creating a playbook for the industry.

We aim to capture the massive and super-broken market in India, with 85%+ construction still unorganized. Our goal is to expand to more than 12 cities in a short timeframe.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on key roles as a content strategist. This position demands creative expertise with a deep understanding of social media platforms and content strategy.

You will be responsible for developing engaging scripts for various long-form social media formats, including YouTube, and contributing to the overall content planning, creation, and distribution strategy.

The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about social media, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation & Scriptwriting
    • Develop original and compelling scripts for social media videos, particularly for YouTube, that resonate with our target audience.
    • Craft engaging dialogue, narratives, and formats that drive viewership and engagement.
    • Adapt scripts based on performance data and audience feedback.
  • Social Media Strategy & Management
    • Develop and execute social media content strategies to enhance platform growth and audience engagement.
    • Analyze competitor activities and social media trends to create content strategy and optimize performance.
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned social media channels, ensuring smooth and effective execution.
  • Team Collaboration & Coordination
    • Coordinate with multiple teams, particularly on YouTube, to ensure seamless content production and distribution.
    • Facilitate project synchronization to maintain cohesive progress across all team members.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization
    • Analyze social media performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategies.
