Senior Campaign Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creation and execution of CRM journeys and automations, managing cross-functional stakeholder management, and innovating on new campaign types.

  • Create and implement effective CRM strategies that boost customer conversion and promotional communications
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver on set campaign objectives
  • Identify opportunities for increasing deliverability and develop plans to achieve these goals
  • Partner closely with colleagues across the organization, including product managers, engineers, experience designers, content strategists, researchers, creatives, legal, operations, policy, and PR

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience in CRM campaigns in Ops function at high growth or technology companies
  • Experience working on SFMC CRM platform highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work directly with technical teams and lead cross-functional teams
  • An understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
