Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

The role of the Digital Marketing Manager is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and expanding corporate partnerships. This key role will be responsible for building and optimising online presence, generating leads, and contributing to growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Identify target audiences and devise engaging campaigns that inform and convert.
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team comprising Content Writers, Graphic Designers, and SEO experts.
    • Ensure seamless coordination between content creation, visual design, and social media execution.
    • Plan, execute, and manage paid digital campaigns to optimise ROI, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and lead generation.
    • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance across channels using relevant KPIs.
    • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on data.
    • Oversee content strategy, working closely with Content Writers to ensure high-quality, SEO-optimised content.
    • Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and attract quality traffic.
    • Manage email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and promotional activities.
    • Focus on segmentation, personalisation, and automation to maximise effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with teams to ensure user experience (UX) and conversion rates are optimised.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and track campaign performance.
  • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising engaging campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
