Director of Automotive Electronics Architecture

The Director of Automotive Electronics Architecture is responsible for spearheading the technical development of automotive electronics systems for global vehicle OEMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of automotive electronics architecture, encompassing instrument clusters, infotainment systems, camera systems, information displays, and cockpit controllers.
  • Ensure compliance with customer specifications through thorough analysis and simulation.
  • Design and develop automotive products utilizing microcontrollers, system-on-chip (SOC) solutions, high-speed memory, low-voltage differential signaling (LVDS), and field-programmable display link (FPD Link-III) circuitry.
  • Conduct product design reviews, create and maintain schematic and assembly drawings.
  • Develop and maintain electrical failure mode effects analyses (DFMEA) and provide electrical information to printed circuit board (PCB) layout teams.
  • Support hardware prototype development, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing, validation testing, and test failure resolution using structured problem-solving techniques.
  • Present product designs, analysis, and testing results to customers.
  • Utilize laboratory equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and multi-meters.
