Frontend Developer Needed

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer to join our ongoing Sitecore XP to XM Cloud migration project. This is a critical requirement, and the ideal candidate should bring extensive expertise in web development, along with accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.0 A/AA), modern front-end testing practices, and CMS integration—particularly with Sitecore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain front-end components using cutting-edge technologies and Tailwind CSS.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.0 A/AA accessibility standards across all UI components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Sitecore CMS, with a strong preference for familiarity with Sitecore XM Cloud.
  • Contribute to the Sitecore XP to XM Cloud migration, ensuring seamless and scalable frontend solutions.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests using frameworks like Jest and Enzyme.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
  • At least 3 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on web development.
  • Proficient with Tailwind CSS for rapid and responsive UI development.
  • Demonstrated understanding and implementation of WCAG 2.0 A/AA accessibility standards.
  • Experience with front-end testing tools like Jest and Enzyme.
  • Working experience with Sitecore CMS, with a strong advantage for knowledge of Sitecore XM Cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with headless CMS architectures.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
  • Understanding of performance optimization and SEO best practices in a web development environment.
