API Automation Testing Professional

  • 5+ years of experience in writing, executing, and evaluating automated API test scripts using Java and JavaScript.
  • Expertise in Test Automation with a focus on API Automation (Rest assured/Karate).
  • Strong knowledge of Selenium (Java) along with hands-on experience in suitable frameworks like TestNG/Others.
  • Familiarity with key testing tools, technologies, and concepts: BDD, Karate, RestAssured, Selenium, POM, SQL.
  • Extensive experience in RESTful and SOAP service testing.
  • Proficient in working with Continuous Integration systems such as Git CI or Jenkins.
  • Thorough understanding of modern test methodologies including fakes, mocks, and dependency injection.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • 4+ years of programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java/C/Python including object-oriented design principles.
  • Background in the banking domain.
