Software Test Automation Engineer

The successful candidate will join our technology team and be responsible for software test automation. The primary focus of this role is to design, develop, and maintain automated tests to ensure the highest level of quality in our applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using a variety of tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management, to identify areas for test automation and implement solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on best practices for testing and coding.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for automated tests and related processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in software test automation using Python.
  • Proficient in data structures and algorithms, as well as knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Experience with data visualization libraries like Matplotlib and Plotly.
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systems and familiarity with system administration tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software test automation.
