Expert Performance Tester

We are seeking a seasoned expert in performance testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies.

Key responsibilities include driving project requirements, dependencies, and performance issues. A strong background in designing performance testing artifacts such as NFR Gathering, Performance Test Strategy, Performance Test Plan, Workload Modelling, and Performance Metrics is required.

">

Analysis of performance test results, identification of bottlenecks, and proposal of solutions will be key aspects of the role. Proficiency in performance testing tools like LoadRunner (primary) and JMeter (basic) is essential.

Additionally, experience in performance monitoring using tools such as Grafana and expertise in developing performance scripts using different protocols in LoadRunner are highly valued.

Strong knowledge of web HTTP/HTML protocol, performance testing of microservices and APIs, True client Protocol, Java vuser protocol, and Client side performance analysis is also desired.

Basic coding knowledge to write code wherever needed in automating performance testing is an added advantage.

">

Hands-on experience working in scrum teams is beneficial but not necessary. Familiarity with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and CICD integration is also advantageous.

Secondary skills include knowledge on APM tools like App Dynamics/Dynatrace/Grafana, basic knowledge of cloud platforms, and monitoring tools.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
