Job Title: Performance Tester

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement performance testing strategies for high-traffic systems
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application performance issues using programming languages like C, C++, Java, and automated testing methodologies
  • Develop and maintain load testing tools like HP LoadRunner and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Fiddler, Dynatrace, JMeter, Hammer, Performance Center

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Three years working as a Performance Engineer or related experience
  • One year of experience in software application development or test automation

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to application architecture, design, capacity planning, and application performance best practices
  • Familiarity with cloud DevOps
