Financial Analysis Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analysis Professional to play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in handling banking transactions, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, with a passion for data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with banks for banking operations and assist with daily cash management across various bank accounts.
  • Produce daily MIS on liquidity and obtain 15CA/CB certificates as required.
  • Prepare weekly payment summaries and review employee claims in a timely manner.
  • Manage credit card transactions and procure necessary licenses.
  • Generate monthly payment reports for accounting purposes and assist with the execution of financing deals.
  • Collaborate with the team to produce daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for India, covering disbursements, repayments, net cash, and third-party contracts.
  • Record journal entries using NetSuite to support a timely month-end close.
  • Partner with various departments on accruals, vendor management, and contract management.
  • Assist with preparing and communicating timely and accurate monthly financial and management reports.
  • Support the team in preparing monthly cash projections and assist with the annual external audit process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in handling banking transactions and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
  • Highly driven and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis.
