Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of language education. You will design and develop engaging Portuguese language learning content tailored to the needs of the US market.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence. You will work collaboratively with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.

You will be responsible for utilizing feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness. This will involve staying updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Portuguese is essential, along with strong English communication skills.
  • Content Creation: A proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
  • Leadership Ability: Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
  • Curriculum Development: Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
  • Creative Approach: Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Portuguese, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
