Job Title: Cybersecurity Leader

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Leader to spearhead our Security Operations Center (SOC). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic organization at the forefront of cybersecurity. As a Cybersecurity Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing 24x7 SOC operations, ensuring timely detection and response to cybersecurity threats;
  • Leading and mentoring a team of cybersecurity analysts, red team members, and incident responders;
  • Defining KPIs, SLAs, and playbooks for incident management and escalation;
  • Integrating threat intelligence feeds into SOC processes;
  • Supervising creation and tuning of detection rules across SIEM and EDR platforms;
  • Guiding proactive hunting activities and advanced threat modeling;
  • Building and leading a high-performance Cyber Security Team;

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with experience in leading SOC, red team, or threat intel functions. They will also possess expertise in modern security tools, such as Splunk, QRadar, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, and Trellix.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity;
  • A strong understanding of attacker tactics (MITRE ATT&CK), SIEM rule logic, incident response frameworks, and detection engineering;
  • Proven experience with tools like Splunk, QRadar, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto, SentinelOne, Trellix, etc.;
  • Expertise in red teaming methodologies and hands-on VAPT experience;
  • Ability to lead and scale high-performance security teams;
  • Certifications: CISSP, OSCP, GCIA, GCIH, CEH, or equivalent;
