Job DescriptionThis SAP Basis Administrator will be responsible for installing, configuring, and monitoring SAP systems, handling upgrades, patches, and system maintenance. Additionally, they will administer Oracle DB, perform tuning, backup, and disaster recovery, oversee SAP Fiori, ESS, and E-recruitment integrations, maintain Linux servers hosting SAP, ensure smooth data flow with SAP HR systems, optimize system performance, manage user roles, and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and monitor SAP systems
- Administer Oracle DB, perform tuning, backup, and disaster recovery
- Overssee SAP Fiori, ESS, and E-recruitment integrations
- Maintain Linux servers hosting SAP
- Ensure smooth data flow with SAP HR systems
- Optimize system performance, manage user roles, and ensure compliance
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering; 3 to 5 years in SAP Basis roles
- Expertise in Oracle DB, Fiori, ESS portals, Linux, and SAP transport systems
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Basic S/4 HANA knowledge (preferred)
