Job Overview:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Undertake comprehensive Transfer Pricing audits and develop a strategic Transfer Pricing Policy, encompassing functional analysis and economic research for comparable entities.
  • Compile and manage documentation, as well as issue CA certificates (Form 3CEB).
  • Handle complex domestic transfer pricing assignments related to advisory services.
  • Assist in drafting submissions and researching relevant case laws.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience in transfer pricing or CA fresher with good Direct tax experience during articleship and a strong inclination towards Transfer pricing.
  • Excellent communication skills, including legal/technical drafting, and strong interpersonal skills.
