Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the education or recruitment industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
