SAP FICA Consultant

This role focuses on the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP FICA module, emphasizing revenue collection, billing, contract accounting, and bulk payment processing in a SaaS or service-based product environment.

  • Key responsibilities include assisting in the configuration and support of SAP FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable) processes, encompassing:
  • Revenue collection and allocation
  • Subscription billing and invoicing
  • Contract accounting
  • Dunning and collections
  • Bulk payments and payment run execution

The successful candidate will also work closely with RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting) to ensure compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 for revenue recognition. Additionally, they will participate in requirement gathering, system testing, UAT, and go-live activities, collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze issues and propose solutions.

A strong foundation in SAP FICA/RAR is essential for this role, along with the ability to work effectively in a subscription-based and service-driven financial process environment.
