Supply Chain Planning Specialist

This role is responsible for implementing and customizing Oracle Supply Planning/Demand Management to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will lead business requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design to align functionalities with client objectives.

  • Design and implement end-to-end Supply Planning/Demand Management processes with seamless integrations;
  • Plan and execute testing strategies unit integration and UAT ensuring functional and performance compliance;
  • Provide end-user training create documentation and deliver post-go-live support;
  • Support ongoing system maintenance upgrades and troubleshooting of complex supply planning issues;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain IT Business Users) to deliver scalable solutions;

To succeed in this role you should have a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM modules and best practices in Unconstrained Supply Planning.

You will be expected to stay updated with Oracle SCP patches and industry trends to drive innovation and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation configuration and customization of Oracle Fusion Supply Planning and Demand Management modules;
  • Conduct detailed business requirement gathering analysis and translate these into scalable effective supply planning solutions;
  • Design and implement end-to-end Supply Planning/Demand Management processes ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle Fusion SCM modules and business systems;
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solution quality and performance;
  • Degree qualification in relevant field such as Supply Chain Management or related area.
