Technical Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Marketing Specialist to drive exceptional end user experiences across our life sciences product portfolio.

  • This role requires a dynamic individual with deep technical knowledge combined with strategic marketing skills to enhance customer engagement and drive end-user experience.

Responsibilities include developing and executing technical marketing strategies, creating compelling content, collaborating with R&D teams, conducting competitive analysis, designing and implementing programs to enhance the complete customer journey from product discovery to post-purchase support, and partnering with UX/UI teams to optimize digital touchpoints and customer interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Marketing & Product Positioning
    • Develop and execute technical marketing strategies that clearly communicate product value to end users.
    • Create compelling technical content including application notes, white papers, webinars, and product demonstrations.
    • Collaborate with R&D teams to understand product capabilities and translate technical specifications into customer benefits
    • Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform positioning strategies
  • End User Experience Optimization
    • Design and implement programs to enhance the complete customer journey from product discovery to post-purchase support
    • Develop user-centric marketing materials and digital experiences that address specific workflow challenges
    • Partner with UX/UI teams to optimize digital touchpoints and customer interfaces
    • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve user experience initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with product management, R&D, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistent messaging
    • Partner with digital marketing teams to optimize online presence and lead generation
    • Collaborate with regulatory and quality teams to ensure compliance in all marketing materials

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Chemical, or related technical field
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, or applications support within the life sciences industry
  • Marketing & Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills and comfort with public speaking
  • Project Management: Project management experience with ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
