Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry, including market trends, key players, and product offerings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive secondary research, gathering competitive intelligence, and generating valuable market insights. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to strategic projects and assist in generating actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 9.5/10
- A PhD in Pharmaceutics or related discipline is highly appreciated.
- 4+ years of experience in Pharma/Biopharma/MedTech market research and competitive intelligence, forecasting, and modelling.
Skills:
- Familiarity with a wide range of secondary research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of the Pharma/Biopharma/Life Sciences/MedTech industry, including key players, products, and market trends.
- Proficient in using market research tools, data visualization software, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
